Our Partial Planning offers a semi-comprehensive approach to wedding planning, tailored for brides seeking expert guidance towards the mid-way mark in planning to handoff until the final moment on the big day. We'll assist with everything from venue walk-throughs, RSVP mailing, timeline/floor plan creation, transportation coordination, hotel block negotiation, and day of coordination. Think of us as an extension of yourself, collaborating with you to ensure your vision comes to life effortlessly.
Beginning 7 months before your wedding date, you'll be sent an initial planning questionnaire: this questionnaire will lay the foundation for the rest of your wedding planning.
We'll have 1 planning meeting per month, and outside of that, I'll be planning on your behalf and letting you be as in/uninvolved as you'd prefer because we don't believe in overwhelming you with the details.
We coordinate every detail that needs organizing, and oversee it all come together from the moment we have our first meeting, to the second that the lights turn off at the venue.

How we plan your dream day
During your planning, we're a we. At The Fetch Bride, we place a huge emphasis on being on you and your partner's team. If you're stressed, the first question is what we together can do about that; if your soon-to-be in-laws are stressing you out, we immediately jump into action to make sure everyone feels heard; even if you need an impromptu potty break with no maid of honor in sight, we will be there every step of the way to make sure you and your partner feel supported.
But logistically, here's how we do what we do:

Monthly meetings

All partial planning couple's work personally with Autumn and will have her to lean on during your planning process. Then, you'll be assigned to 1 of our lead coordinators with 1 assistant to ensure your wedding day goes off without a hitch.

Timeline & Floor plan curation

Timeline and floor plan conception kicks off at the 6 month mark, and is first sent to vendors at the 4 month mark

Vendor confirmation

If you've booked any vendors before us, we'll reach out to them to introduce ourselves! 2 months before the wedding, we'll reach out to the full vendor team to finalize logistics.

Rehearsal coordination

Along with our portable speaker and prop bouquet, we'll have a 1 hour wedding rehearsal one to two days before the wedding with your family and wedding party to practice before the big day

The big day (including one lead & one assistant)

At it's base, partial planning includes Autumn as your lead planner, and one of our lead coordinators + 1 assistant on your wedding day. Based on your discovery call and the scope of your wedding, more assistants may be added to your proposal.
